Important Information: A New Electronic Passenger Locator Form is now available online
If you are travelling into Ireland from overseas, including Irish citizens, you are legally required by the Irish Government to complete a COVID 19 Passenger Locator Form. To make things easier, a new electronic Passenger Locator Form is now available online here.
You MUST complete this form 48 hours prior to your arrival in the country.
Once completed, you will receive an automated email containing up-to-date Public Health Advice, recommendations and a receipt of your submission.
This email is to be presented to an immigration officer upon your arrival into Shannon Airport as evidence of your submission.
During the 14 days following your arrival the information on the Form may be used:
to provide you with public health information,
to contact you to verify that the information on the form is correct and
for the purpose of contact tracing in relation to confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19.
