If you are flying into Shannon, we understand that there will be times when you need a helping hand on arrival or some assistance while here. If you or a travelling companion needs help due to reduced mobility, autism and other special needs,  we’re here for you.

Passenger Assistance

Keep in mind that this service should be arranged with your airline before you depart. On your arrival at Shannon, one of our team will meet you at the aircraft and guide you to the Arrivals Hall.

If your journey started at Shannon and you used our Special Assistance Programme, you can wear your Orange Hat so we can spot you quicker and give you the help you need. If your trip began at other airports, we can also help you on your departure from Shannon.
