× Passenger Update: Customers are advised when booking car hire and car parking at Shannon Airport to use licenced onsite operators. A number of offsite car hire and parking companies are purporting to operate at Shannon Airport but they operate offsite and have no agreement to collect or drop off passengers at the airport.  Booking with these companies may result in delays at the airport during pick up and drop off.

Lost an item on board the aircraft?

If you have lost something in transit or on board an aircraft, get in touch with your airline or airline handling agent before you leave the airport. Find your airline contact details here.

Lost an item at the airport?

If you have lost items within the airport terminal, you should go straight to the Lost Property Office, which you’ll find in the Arrivals Hall. 

Lost Property Changes

If you collect the item from the lost property section at the airport, a standard administration fee of €5.00 will apply. But if it’s better for you, we can post it out to you and an admin fee of €5.00 + postage will apply.
