All ground handlers must obtain a Grant of Approval, prior to commencing operations at Shannon Airport.  All potential ground handling companies are required to contact the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) who are the body responsible for issuing Grant of Approvals.  Their contact details are as follows:

Under the approval from the IAA, ground handlers must also satisfy the requirements of the Airport Operations Director, Shannon Airport.  Therefore a Ground Handling Requirements Form must be completed in full – Shannon Airport Ground Handling Requirements Form.
